Paradym is a well-funded startup that is on a mission to disrupt the gaming industry and innovate player experiences.

Paradym will be the powerhouse behind our global brand, Thrill.com, which we are launching soon. We’ll be competing with the likes of Stake.com.

The company has raised 10m$ funding.
There is significant growth potential and we estimate achieving an annual revenue rate of 200m$ by year 3, with a 10% to 20% profit margin.

Our 600m2 office is in Navigator building at Laeva 2, Tallinn
The team is currently 8 people and we are hiring the core development team.

We are building a B2C Gaming platform that will integrate with 3rd party services.

We will not be developing slot games at this point but we will be developing provably-fair games such as crash, mines, plinko etc.

We’re looking for a Frontend Tech Lead with a passion for crafting exceptional user interfaces and the technical prowess to lead our frontend development.

You will work closely with our CTO to help flesh out the rest of the team and architect the frontend platform.

The ideal candidate should have good architectural instincts, with a strong background in frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript, React, Remix, and Next.js.

• Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or Frontend Tech Lead, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your expertise and impact.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Remix, Next.js, etc. Expertise with technologies like WebSockets is preferred.

• Experience in building thoughtful and reasonable API calls, interfaces and schemas with our backend team.

• A keen eye for detail and design—you’ll be working closely with our product and design team.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound architectural decisions and rapidly iterate on prototypes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving shared goals.

Additionally, you’ll be working closely with our backend team to deliver a seamless and innovative online experience.

You will:

• Define and implement the technical direction for the frontend architecture, ensuring it aligns with the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless flow between frontend and backend functionalities.
• Help hire additional engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. We want to build an exceptional environment to work in.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable frontend solutions that provide an outstanding user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and planning sessions to drive the success of our projects.
• Work closely with our product team to innovate and deliver a magical player experience.
