About the course

The Estonian market is limited, and it is increasingly difficult to find qualified specialists. Unfortunately, recruitment suitable for Estonia is currently not taught anywhere, as many of the widely used methods do not work in our small market. Companies often use recruitment agencies’ expensive services although they could do the job themselves. All that is needed is to increase the knowledge of staff and recruitment specialists about modern methods and tools. During our course, we help our participants to design their recruitment workflow, automate and systemize personnel processes in their organization. We break down myths related to recruitment and create healthy habits and a systematic approach to find candidates.

Purpose: at the end of the training, the participant is able to conduct different recruitment and selection processes using the recruitment and selection methods.

Learning outcomes. 

By the end of the training the participant:

  • You will be able to search and select candidates using various methods and modern online tools for searching and evaluating candidates.
  • You will easily navigate the profession of a recruiter and know how to grow and develop in it.
  • You will understand recruiting processes from A to Z, feel confident as a specialist and earn well.
  • You will learn how to use modern, relevant sourcing methods in your work.
  • You will know how to develop your base of candidates and build warm relations with them for further cooperation.
  • You will measure what matters and track the recruitment metrics.

Schedule: 4 - 5 weeks All the lessons are hosted online.

Julia Jolkin:

Master's degree in Communications (Tallinn University, 2004)  

10 years of experience in HR and 7 years in IT recruitment. Nowadays still actively recruiting IT professionals and managing a team of IT recruiters.
