About the course

In the talent market, the choice of specialists is limited, and finding candidates is challenging. Companies often resort to using the expensive services of recruitment agencies when they could handle the task themselves. All they need is to educate their HRs and recruiters to use modern search methods and digital tools.

During the training, we assist in shaping the workflow, automating and digitizing HR processes, and integrating innovative opportunities into the work process based on digital technologies, using our own company as an example.

We debunk myths related to recruitment and establish healthy habits and a systematic approach to candidate sourcing. Our training is designed to provide professionals and leaders in the HR field with additional digital competence alongside their core knowledge. This enables them to effectively manage team recruitment in their sector and ensure successful development for their company and the industry as a whole.

The curriculum is developed based on: Competencies B.2.5, B.2.7, B.2.12, and B.2.13 of the Level 5 Recruitment Specialist.

688 Information and Communication Technology Interdisciplinary Curriculum Group.

0611 Computer Use Curriculum Group (Computer and Internet Usage).

0413 Management and Administration Curriculum Group.

Objective: 

At the end of the training, the student will proficiently conduct an effective recruitment process and utilize modern sourcing techniques alongside digital solutions, recruitment software, and artificial intelligence. The student will adopt a data-driven approach by digitizing the recruitment process, monitoring, and analyzing metrics. The student will reflect on their role and responsibility as a recruiter and its impact on outcomes. The student will implement principles of a candidate-centric approach to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Learning Outcomes:

A graduate of the course:

  • expertly plans a targeted search strategy and confidently manages the recruitment process by showcasing advanced digital skills, effectively utilizing recruitment software, digital applications, and artificial intelligence,
  • finds candidates in databases and on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, Behance, etc., by creating Boolean Search and Google X-Ray sourcing queries and automating targeted searches using search engines and Chrome extension,
  • comprehends the principles of digital data management in accordance with GDPR regulations to ensure the confidentiality of candidate personal data and compliance with data protection requirements,
  • explains how to enhance their performance by monitoring recruitment process metrics and analyzing recruitment process data.
  • defines their responsibilities in the recruiter role and applies principles of a candidate-centric approach to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Program: 

The training lasts for 4 weeks.

8 modules with recorded video lessons become available immediately upon accessing the training.

Recorded videos can be watched at your convenience.

Successful completion of tests at the end of each module allows earning bonus PRO level recorded video lessons.

At the end of the training, a final real-time test will take place on Zoom. It's mandatory to participate on the specified day and time.

 

Price:  790 euro (incl 22% VAT). This course qualifies for income tax relief (Income Tax Act § 26). The amount you paid will be submitted to the Tax and Customs Board of Estonia and will be included in your tax return as an education expense.
