Quanloop is a financial business group dedicated to wholesale funding. We attract capital from investors like you and act as the primary funding source for our commercial finance intermediary partners, such as leasing or factoring companies, crowdfunding platforms, etc.

As a Senior Java Developer at Quanloop, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our existing products and shaping the future of our offerings.

• Location: Rotermanni 18/1, Tallinn 10111, Estonia
  Office work, fulltime.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to Java technologies.
• A proactive self-starter with an adaptable attitude, comfortable with change, and proactive in driving initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in English with a minimum level of B2.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, or mathematics.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Crafting and overseeing new and existing website functionalities, primarily on the server-side, utilizing popular Java frameworks including Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Translating Quanloop's business needs into optimal technical solutions through thorough analysis and review.
• Gathering system requirements, creating comprehensive application documentation, designing application architecture, and implementing modern application design and testing features prior to launch.
• Ensuring the security and currency of Quanloop's software through continuous testing.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify and assess development requirements.
• Providing technical assistance to junior developers and front-end engineers.
