OUR STORY

Founded by Julia Jolkin (Estonia’s Recruiter of the Year 2022), IT Talent was built on a simple idea: Hiring is about people, not resumes. We didn't want to be another IT recruitment firm; we aimed to be a cornerstone of the Estonian tech ecosystem. 

Since 2014 we don’t just find IT talent; we set the industry standards for IT recruitment and talent acquisition services in Estonia.

By integrating our expert recruitment services with Academy IT Talent, we’ve trained 400+ recruiters for giants like LHV, Wise and Bolt.
