The team is given high autonomy and work in two-week agile sprints. There are no requirements analysts, testers or project managers – developers are expected to engage and collaborate closely with the stakeholders throughout projects to successfully deliver the requirements.
We value high automation and high test coverage. We use Terraform to manage infrastructure, GitLab-CI to do continuous testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, UI) and Helm to do a deployment to Kubernetes cluster.
