Full-time, Flexible remote working conditions. The employees may choose whether to work from home or office.
However, the employee must reside in Estonia.

The team is international - 250 people globally, 70+ people in Tallinn from 15 countries: Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Shri Lanka, Turkey, etc. 60 % of the office is Russian-speaking.
However, B2+ English is a must-have to participate in calls with the UK office / VP of Engineering
Most of the developers in the company are full-stack. There is a QA team and a Delivery team.
Every product team has a PO, QA plus several full-stack developers. The processes are Agile.
Office located in Aiandi tn. 13, 12918, Tallinn. Flexible remote working conditions.

The Role

The company is looking for a committed Product Manager into the #team-bizdev team to lead the development of our subscription & billing system
- an integral part of how we engage & transact with our customers; contribute to the development of internal analytics,
and help build integrations between internal and external systems for data reporting purposes.

As a Product Manager, you'll need lots of energy and a ‘can-do‘ attitude, as you’ll need to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions - Finance, Sales, Customer Ops - to understand their needs and help them formulate their product needs in a structured way.
The company is looking for someone filled with vision and drive, who is excited to lead the development of a product that is mission-critical to the ongoing success of Linnworks.

Requirements

  • The ability to understand & plan for complex technical concepts, and articulate these in simple terms
  •  A good understanding of non-functional requirements & the ability to establish KPIs that can be continually monitored
  • You have a good understanding of product management methodologies, best practices and tools, with experience of working with them
  • You are a motivated self-starter with plenty of grit and resilience
  • You are an exceptional problem solver, with a strong ability to process and synthesise information
  • Your approach to product development is centred on customer success
  • You're strong-willed and have the confidence to counter ideas and requests with critical questions
  • Experience in delivering web-based products & solutions is advantageous
  • You are commercially minded: You have a very clear understanding of the role that product plays in driving business success
  • You are ambitious: You are excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth of a fast-paced tech company, and you won’t settle for mediocrity anywhere along the way

Essential Experience:

  • Working on technical products used by developers, potentially as a developer yourself
  • Working on products delivered in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model
  • Delivering digital products that customers interact with

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to build a product that enables our teams to better engage with our customers & delivers clear commercial value to our business.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Ops and Engineering
  • Inputting to the development of long-term product strategy that spans feature development, product packaging and pricing
  • Contributing to the shorter-term product roadmap, ensuring that it is clearly defined and effectively adopted amongst our product development teams
  • Gathering the evolving needs of our product and ensuring we balance these requirements in a roadmap that is both driving sales, as well as ensuring the long term success of our product
  • Working as a Product Owner in an agile development team, making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
  • Establishing workflows and processes that allow us to systematically gather, analyse and action feature requests.
  • Championing customer-centricity and playing a key role in creating a team culture that allows us to obsess over customer success
  • Cultivating a detailed understanding of the market, product, product line and competition, and using this to drive forward the wider business strategy
