Full-time, Flexible remote working conditions. The employees may choose whether to work from home or office.
However, the employee must reside in Estonia.

The team is international - 250 people globally, 70+ people in Tallinn from 15 countries: Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Shri Lanka, Turkey, etc. 60 % of the office is Russian-speaking.
However, B2+ English is a must-have to participate in calls with the UK office / VP of Engineering
Most of the developers in the company are full-stack. There is a QA team and a Delivery team.
Every product team has a PO, QA plus several full-stack developers. The processes are Agile.
Office located in Aiandi tn. 13, 12918, Tallinn. Flexible remote working conditions.

The Role

The company is looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the ongoing development of our Product Catalog & Product Information Management solutions.
As a Product Manager, you’ll need lots of energy, a great attitude and passion for our product.  
The company is looking for someone filled with vision and drive, who is excited to lead the development of a product that is truly world-class.

The Catalogue team is focused on developing the business user tools for creating & managing product catalogues that will be published to Commerce channels and marketplaces. 
A consistent driver in ensuring the continual sales (conversion) of products online is the quality & richness of product data and associated product imagery.
The Catalog solutions enable customers to quickly & easily create new products in a catalogue, categorize them & list them on Commerce Channels and marketplaces with rich, engaging imagery & videos, to entice consumers to purchase from our merchants over their competitors.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering web-based products & solutions
  • The ability to understand & plan for complex technical concepts, and articulate these in simple terms
  • You have a good understanding of product management methodologies, best practices and tools, with experience of working with them
  • You are a motivated self-starter with plenty of grit and resilience
  • You are an exceptional problem solver, with a strong ability to process and synthesize information
  • Your approach to product development is centred on customer success
  • You're strong-willed and have the confidence to counter ideas and requests with critical questions

Essential Experience:

  • Working as a Product Owner in an agile development team, using SCRUM
  • Working on customer-facing digital products delivered in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model
  • Integrating with 3rd party APIs

Desirable Experience:

  • Working on Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog solutions
  • Working on high volume transactional solutions

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to build a product that our customers simply cannot live without
  • Work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support and Engineering 
  • Inputting to the development of long-term product strategy that spans feature development, product packaging and pricing
  • Contributing to the shorter-term product roadmap, ensuring that it is clearly defined and effectively adopted amongst our product development teams
  • Gathering the evolving needs of our product and ensuring we balance these requirements in a roadmap that is both driving sales, as well as ensuring the long term success of our product
  • Working as a Product Owner in an agile development team, making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
  • Establishing workflows and processes that allow us to systematically gather, analyze and action customer feedback
  • Championing customer-centricity and playing a key role in creating a team culture that allows us to obsess over customer success
  • Cultivating a detailed understanding of the market, product, product line and competition, and using this to drive forward the wider business strategy
