We are a team of 20 engineers, appreciating the beauty of technologically advanced and complex systems, dynamically switching between projects. No formal structures or other such overhead - owners and new team members all work together.
We have 4 main clients who have been with us for a few years.
Smart-ID is a well-known identification solution, where we have created the UI for iOS and Android APP's and the self-service portal.
DAG coin Extended Universe - consisting of multiple smaller projects and all of our tec.stack that we have been building for the past three years
Beginning APP - Advanced relaxation and meditation with 3D sounds and binaural beats on mobiles that we have built for a year.
On top of client projects, we have stakes in two start-ups - Remato and ProcurementFlow, where we have contributed as CTO co-founders for one and a half years.
Creating our products and/or acting as a co-founder where there is a good team with killer-idea with a lack of high-level technical skills will be the direction where we are seeking for new opportunities in the near future.
We don't have fixed teams nor formal structures. Most of our projects have one lead-developer/architect and 1-4 developers, whereas competencies are chosen based on the actual need to deliver for our customers.

We are growing the team and looking for a few more full-stack talents who could lead projects and small teams of 4-5 developers.
For the start, we see the best fit in one of our existing projects, most probably for DAG coin Universe, to get in-line with our identity and stack.
After successful on-boarding and good results, we will find/give you your project or a start-up to grow.

The selection process
After the first interview, we would like you to do a small homework, creating a simple news reader application, that we can then discuss in the second interview.

Office and conditions
We have a brand-new office in Rüütli 7, Tartu. Most of us work there, while some of us prefer to use home-office every once in a while.
Our work language is Estonian
