About the course

Purpose: at the end of the training, the participant is able to conduct different recruitment and selection processes using the recruitment and selection methods.

Learning outcomes. By the end of the training the participant:

  • is able to build a conversation with the recruitment manager, draw up a recruitment plan and map the candidates
  • knows the principles of recruitment and is able to apply them
  • uses different recruitment channels for sourcing
  • automates the search of candidates using various extensions
  • uses various modern recruitment channels for recruiting
  • uses various technological solutions for conducting interviews
  • assesses the suitability of the candidates for the position and the organization
  • conductes reference check interviews
  • measures what matters and track the recruitment metrics.

Schedule: We will meet 8 times on Mondays 9.00 - 12.00, Fridays 13.00 - 16:00 

Price: 1000 + 20% VAT

Teachers: 

Julia Jolkin:

Master's degree in Communications (Tallinn University, 2004)  

10 years of experience in HR and 7 years in IT recruitment. Nowadays still actively recruiting IT professionals and managing a team of IT recruiters.

For the past 5 years I have been sharing my knowledge at seminars and in-house trainings. Experienced speaker at international recruitment and sourcing conferences.

Jelena Laudver: 

Master's degree in Business Administration (TalTech, 2017).

HR professional with 16+years of experience in large international companies.

Has been working as a strategic HR Business Partner in international companies with executive teams and supporting organizations to achieve their goals. Passionate about people development and finding their potential.

Alina Kutlugalina:

Lead IT recruiter, sourcer and relocation expert.

Experience in recruitment 5+ years. Career path: sourcer in EPAM, IT Recruiter and later on Talent Acquisition Partner in a dinamically growing IT company.

Alina joined IT Talent in January 2021 and moved to Tallinn from St Petersburg and experienced relocation, adaptation in Estonia.
