About the course

The choice of specialists in the Estonian market is limited, and it is becoming more and more difficult to find candidates. The HR department is forced to compete for talent in the global market of candidates abroad. Companies often use expensive recruiting services at a time when they could manage on their own. The speed of recruitment process ​​is becoming more important. Many recruiters already know how to source candidates online, but it is still only 24 hours a dat. How can you manage to do everything? We offer the uniques opportunity to train the hiring team to manage on their own, take hiring to the next level by polishing digital skills, being able to automate some tasks with the help of robots, increasing speed and volume and increasing the efficiency of the process. No, robots will never replace HRs, but they can definitely help them spend less time searching and leave more time for live communication with candidates. During our course, we will help you master sourcing, use modern tools, spend less time and make more hires using an automation and systems approach to search. And most importantly, we will help you gain confidence in using robots.

Purpose: at the end of the training, the participant is able to take the recruitment process to the next, advanced level, make it more efficient and productive and is able to hire more specialists investing less time with the help of advanced sourcing and recruitment methods.

Julia Jolkin:

Master's degree in Communications (Tallinn University, 2004)  

10 years of experience in HR and 7 years in IT recruitment. Nowadays still actively recruiting IT professionals and managing a team of IT recruiters.

For the past 5 years I have been sharing my knowledge at seminars and in-house trainings. Experienced speaker at international recruitment and sourcing conferences.

Alina Kutlugalina:

Lead IT recruiter, sourcer and relocation expert.

Experience in recruitment 5+ years. Career path: sourcer in EPAM, IT Recruiter and later on Talent Acquisition Partner in a dinamically growing IT company.

Alina joined IT Talent in January 2021 and moved to Tallinn from St Petersburg and experienced relocation, adaptation in Estonia.
