About the course

Purpose: at the end of the training, the participant is able to take the recruitment process to the next, advanced level, make it more efficient and productive and is able to hire more specialists investing less time with the help of advanced sourcing and recruitment methods.

Learning outcomes. By the end of the training the participant:

  • is able to build a network and engage candidates much faster with the help of automation tools and robots 
  • sources more efficiently and finds even more candidates online
  • is confident sourcing in the channels outside of Linkedin
  • uses various extensions for finding information online
  • is able to scrape candidates information from groups
  • is able to build and nurture proactive talent pools in accordance with GDPR rules 
  • is able to send the outreach messages to big numbers of potential candidates using robots in accordance with GDPR rules
  • manages the inbox like a pro by saving templates, tagging and saving messages in folders
  • is able to build advanced mail sequences and schedule automated follow-ups and reminders
  • organises the recruitment workflow the best possible way
  • delivers a good candidate experience to the potential hires
  • changes the recruitment approach from reactive to proactive
  • measures what matters and tracks the recruitment metrics
  • understands how to relocate, organise the documents and onboard a foreign specialist 
  • understands how to hire a foreign freelance contractor for a remote job

Schedule: We will meet 8 times on Mondays 9.00 - 12.00, Fridays 9.00 - 12:00

Julia Jolkin:

Master's degree in Communications (Tallinn University, 2004)  

10 years of experience in HR and 7 years in IT recruitment. Nowadays still actively recruiting IT professionals and managing a team of IT recruiters.

For the past 5 years I have been sharing my knowledge at seminars and in-house trainings. Experienced speaker at international recruitment and sourcing conferences.

Alina Kutlugalina:

Lead IT recruiter, sourcer and relocation expert.

Experience in recruitment 5+ years. Career path: sourcer in EPAM, IT Recruiter and later on Talent Acquisition Partner in a dinamically growing IT company.

Alina joined IT Talent in January 2021 and moved to Tallinn from St Petersburg and experienced relocation, adaptation in Estonia.
